Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site
Grant-Kohrs Ranch is a working ranch—the only one operated by the National Park System. The residents of this very small town have a high level of involvement in the Park, including volunteers, living history actors, and heirs of the donors of the Park land. Twenty waysides were planned and designed to interpret the ranch, ranching history, and several historic buildings. Many of the panels required original art work, so the Henley Company also provided the historic research and the creation of those illustrations.
